Marybeth and I were honored to host some of the best leaders in the Amway business all in one location for a life-changing weekend of leadership, strategy, inspiration, fun and fellowship. It is our "Go Diamond" leadership conference. We call it Heart of a Leader. The weekend speaker line-up featured Diamonds Matt & Alana Grotewold, Alan & Michele Leininger, Doug & Amie Weir, and Mike & Jana Waechter. New Emeralds Dave & Angie Franklin and Mike & Amy Harvey made a huge impact. Many of the team's rising stars also gave the team a glimpse of the next generation of leaders on the Markiewicz Team.
